2. Scope of Work – Electronics Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Electronics Solutions Ltd to Harbourview Industrial Systems Ltd for the provision of specialist Electronics Engineer services in Wellington, New Zealand. 4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST as per New Zealand tax legislation.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of prototype fabrication (Item 04), and 30% upon final project handover and acceptance.
- All Electronics Engineer services will be performed by qualified and registered professionals holding valid Engineers New Zealand membership and EWB Category A licences, as required for electrical work in New Zealand.
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Electrical Workers Regulations 2010, and any specific requirements of the Wellington City Council for electrical installations.
- Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Additional work will be billed at the Electronics Engineer's standard hourly rate of $185.00 NZD per hour plus applicable GST.
- Meridian Electronics Solutions Ltd shall maintain full public liability insurance of no less than NZD $20,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD $5,000,000 for the duration of this engagement in Wellington, New Zealand.
