- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Electronics Engineer services in Nigeria Lagos may be revised to reflect market fluctuations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and prototyping phases, and 20% upon successful commissioning and handover.

- The Electronics Engineer services described herein are subject to the availability of the assigned engineer. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent-qualified Electronics Engineer will be substituted with prior written consent from the client.
- Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a revised estimate and additional charges.
- All work performed in Nigeria Lagos shall comply with the Nigerian Engineering Council (COREN) regulations, the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) directives, and Lagos State building and electrical codes.
