2. Scope of Work – Electronics Engineer Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Raza Electronics Engineering Consultants, a registered firm operating in Pakistan Islamabad, to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a qualified Electronics Engineer. The scope encompasses the design, simulation, prototyping, and commissioning of an automated printed circuit board (PCB) assembly line for the client's manufacturing facility located in the Islamabad Industrial Zone. The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, and possesses over twelve years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, embedded systems design, and signal processing within the Pakistan Islamabad technology corridor.

The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate include but are not limited to: schematic design and layout of control boards, selection and integration of microcontroller units (MCUs), development of firmware for real-time process monitoring, calibration of sensor arrays, electrical safety compliance testing in accordance with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations, and preparation of full technical documentation for the client's engineering records.

4. Payment Terms

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this document, 40% upon successful completion of hardware prototyping and bench testing, and the remaining 30% upon final commissioning and handover of all documentation at the client's Islamabad premises. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Raza Electronics Engineering Consultants, Meezan Bank, F-10 Branch, Islamabad, Pakistan. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month as per prevailing commercial practice in Pakistan Islamabad.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in component costs, exchange rates, or prevailing labor rates in the Pakistan Islamabad market.
The Electronics Engineer and supporting technical team shall adhere to all applicable safety standards, including those mandated by the Pakistan Electrical and Electronics Engineering Council (PEECC) and local Islamabad municipal by-laws.
All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. General methodologies, reusable design blocks, and proprietary firmware frameworks remain the property of the consulting firm.
The project timeline is estimated at eight (8) weeks from the date of advance payment receipt. Delays attributable to client-side decisions, material procurement, or force majeure events in Pakistan Islamabad shall extend the timeline proportionally.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not, by itself, create a binding contract. A separate Service Agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
All services are to be performed at the client's designated site in Islamabad, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel and accommodation costs for the Electronics Engineer team, if required for extended on-site presence beyond five consecutive days, shall be borne by the client.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Electronics Engineer and associated technical services in Pakistan Islamabad.
