This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Karachi Electronics Engineering Solutions (KEES) to M/s. Al-Rehman Industrial Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Electronics Engineer services to be executed within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Karachi. The total estimated project duration for this Electronics Engineer engagement in Pakistan Karachi is approximately six (6) calendar weeks from the date of contract signing. The project will follow a phased approach: Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2) covers site assessment and design; Phase 2 (Weeks 3–4) covers fabrication and firmware development; Phase 3 (Weeks 5–6) covers installation, commissioning, documentation, and training. All milestones will be tracked through weekly progress reports submitted to the client's project manager.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require revalidation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in component costs within the Pakistan Karachi market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing of the work order, 40% upon successful commissioning and handover, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day warranty period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Karachi Electronics Engineering Solutions (KEES) at HBL, Clifton Branch, Karachi.
- The Electronics Engineer team shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), the Sindh Industrial Safety and Health Department, and the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA).
- All electronic components and materials procured for this project shall be sourced from authorized distributors in Pakistan Karachi and shall carry manufacturer warranties of no less than two (2) years.
- The client agrees to provide the Electronics Engineer team with safe access to the work area, necessary power supply, and a dedicated coordination point at the SITE Industrial Area facility in Karachi.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate change-order agreement and additional cost assessment.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary designs, firmware code, and technical data developed under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Electronics Engineer team agrees to a non-disclosure period of five (5) years.
- Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal work order or service agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Electronics Engineer services to be delivered in Pakistan Karachi.
