- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in electronic component costs within Peru.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Electronics Engineer who is a registered professional with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, ensuring full compliance with Peruvian professional engineering regulations.
- The project will be executed at the client's premises located in the Lima Norte district, Peru Lima, or at such other location within the Lima metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all technical documentation.
- Invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT) and will include the applicable IGV of 18%.
- The Electronics Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the project, as required by Peruvian law for engineering services.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Quotation Estimate does not cover work outside the defined scope without prior written authorization.
- Warranty on workmanship is ninety (90) days from the date of final acceptance. Warranty on electronic components is governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in accordance with Peruvian civil and commercial law.
- All intellectual property related to custom designs, PLC programs, and engineering documentation developed specifically for this project shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through the courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with applicable Peruvian legislation.
