Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon execution of the Service Agreement, 40% upon completion of design and testing phases, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the account designated by Santos & Associates Electronics Engineering Services, Inc. The Electronics Engineer's professional fees are inclusive of all standard tools, software licenses, and laboratory equipment used during the project duration in Philippines Manila.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila professional services sector.
- All work performed by the Electronics Engineer shall comply with the Philippine Electrical Code, PRC Board of Electronics Engineers regulations, and applicable local ordinances in the Philippines Manila area.
- The client shall provide timely access to project sites, existing documentation, and necessary materials to avoid schedule delays. Delays attributable to the client will be billed at the Electronics Engineer's daily consultation rate.
