The Electronics Engineer will commence work within five (5) business days of contract execution. The estimated total duration of the project, from initial design through final commissioning at the Russia Moscow site, is twenty-two (22) calendar weeks. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annex to the signed contract.
4. Payment TermsPayment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of VolgaTech Engineering Solutions LLC at Sberbank, Moscow branch. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% advance payment (916,200 ₽) upon signing of the service contract.
- 40% progress payment (1,221,600 ₽) upon completion of prototype validation and delivery of interim test reports.
- 30% final payment (916,200 ₽) upon successful commissioning, acceptance sign-off, and delivery of the full documentation package at the Russia Moscow facility.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or labor market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- All services rendered by the Electronics Engineer are subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment clause to be executed prior to commencement of work.
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable to industrial sites in the Moscow region, including but not limited to Federal Law No. 426-FZ on Special Assessment of Working Conditions.
- Any change in scope beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustment to cost and timeline.
- Warranty on the delivered electronic assemblies and firmware is twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance at the Russia Moscow site.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and, if necessary, referred to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement referencing this document number (VTE-QE-2025-0487).
