The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, possess at least eight (8) years of progressive experience in industrial automation, and be fully licensed to practice engineering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All work will be conducted on-site at the client's facility in Jeddah, with a standard working week of five (5) days, Sunday through Thursday, from 07:00 to 16:00 Saudi Arabian Standard Time (AST, UTC+3).

Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Electronics & Engineering Solutions Co. at Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah Branch. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of system integration and field testing, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in specialized electronic components and labor costs in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• The Electronics Engineer and all supporting technical staff shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and site-specific safety protocols enforced by the client.
• All intellectual property, design files, firmware code, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• The Electronics Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports and attend bi-weekly project review meetings at the client's office in Jeddah.
• Warranty period for all electronic systems and components installed by the Electronics Engineer shall be twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Jeddah industrial zone, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
