Scope of Work – Electronics Engineer ServicesThe Electronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables at the designated project site in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:

- Provision of on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, and post-commissioning support for a period of twelve (12) months.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension beyond this period shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates.
- All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) regulations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance of all deliverables.
- The Electronics Engineer and support staff shall be fully sponsored under the client's or our company's Iqama as agreed. All work permits, labor cards, and professional registrations required by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) shall be obtained prior to commencing work.
- Any change in scope, additional site conditions, or force majeure events shall be addressed through a formal Change Order, which will be appended to this Quotation Estimate as a supplementary document.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, system schematics, and proprietary information exchanged during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Our Electronics Engineer team shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to site access.
- Warranty: A twelve-month warranty on all design deliverables and commissioning work is included. Any defects arising from workmanship shall be rectified at no additional cost within fourteen (14) business days of notification.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Riyadh or through arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): All personnel shall comply with the client's site HSE plan and the Saudi Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. Personal protective equipment (PPE) shall be provided by our company.
