All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is applicable at the current rate of 15% as per the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

Milestone 1: 30% deposit (R 57,011.25) due upon acceptance of this quotation and prior to commencement of the site survey.

Milestone 2: 40% (R 76,015.00) due upon completion of PCB assembly and firmware development (Item 04 and 05).

Milestone 3: 30% (R 57,011.25) due upon successful commissioning, sign-off, and delivery of the full documentation package.

All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the company bank account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with South African tax legislation. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the National Credit Act.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer and is binding upon written acceptance by the client. Acceptance must be communicated in writing (email or signed copy) within the validity period stated above.

4.2 The Electronics Engineer reserves the right to adjust the scope or timeline if unforeseen technical challenges arise during the project. Any such adjustments will be documented in a formal variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.

4.3 All intellectual property, including firmware source code, circuit designs, and documentation, shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to the client's confidentiality requirements.

4.4 The warranty period of twelve months covers defects in workmanship and design. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, environmental factors outside the specified operating range, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.

4.5 This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Cape Town, Western Cape.

4.6 The Electronics Engineer maintains professional indemnity insurance of R 5,000,000 and public liability insurance of R 2,000,000, both valid throughout the project duration in South Africa Cape Town and surrounding regions.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, costs, and scope of work as detailed in this Quotation Estimate for Electronics Engineer services to be performed in South Africa Cape Town.
