20% final payment (EUR 3,988.16) upon completion of on-site installation, commissioning, and handover of all technical documentation in Spain Madrid.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio).

The Electronics Engineer estimates a total project duration of approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the date of contract signing, assuming timely client feedback and availability of the installation site in Spain Madrid.
