Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Ferrer & Asociados Ingeniería S.L. (IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC/SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX) as follows: 30% upon signature of the contract, 40% upon delivery of the prototype units (Item 04), and 30% upon final acceptance and commissioning (Item 06). The 12-month warranty fee (Item 07) shall be invoiced separately at the end of the commissioning phase. All amounts are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Spanish VAT rate of 21%.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to component cost fluctuations or changes in the Electronics Engineer’s availability.
- All services described in this document will be performed by a qualified Electronics Engineer registered with the COEICV and will comply with all applicable Spanish and European technical regulations in force in Spain Valencia.
- The client shall provide safe access to the facility in Spain Valencia, necessary utilities (power, compressed air), and any existing technical documentation required for the integration work.
- Intellectual property of all designs, firmware, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties. Additional work will be billed at the Electronics Engineer’s standard rate of 85.00 EUR per hour, plus applicable VAT.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned a copy. The governing law for this agreement is the law of Spain, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia.
- The Electronics Engineer shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 EUR, valid throughout the project duration in Spain Valencia.
