The Electronics Engineer will execute the project in Sri Lanka Colombo over a total duration of twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract commencement. Key milestones include: completion of system architecture and schematic design by Week 3; delivery of first prototype PCBs by Week 6; firmware integration and bench testing by Week 9; and final on-site commissioning and handover by Week 12. A detailed Gantt chart is attached as Annexure A to this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of pricing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon delivery of prototype units, and 30% upon final commissioning and acceptance at the Sri Lanka Colombo project site.
- All work performed by the Electronics Engineer shall comply with Sri Lankan Standards Institution (SLS) regulations and applicable electrical safety codes.
- The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, power supply, and necessary access to the project premises in Colombo for the duration of the on-site activities.
- Intellectual property rights for all designs, firmware, and documentation developed under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
- Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a formal variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
