This Quotation Estimate is issued by SwissTech Electronics Engineering GmbH to provide comprehensive professional services of a senior Electronics Engineer for the duration of the project. The Electronics Engineer will be deployed on-site at the client's facility in Switzerland Zurich and will be responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, and documentation of embedded electronic systems for the client's next-generation industrial sensor array. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Electronics Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
- All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of the Electronics Engineer's professional expertise, tools, and software licenses. Any additional hardware components or third-party services not listed above will be invoiced separately at cost plus 15%.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the prototyping phase (Week 6), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all documentation in Switzerland Zurich.
- Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 5% per annum in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 104).
- The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Swiss labor laws, data protection regulations (FADP/revised nFADP), and site safety protocols at the client's premises in Switzerland Zurich.
- Intellectual property: All designs, schematics, firmware, and documentation created specifically for this project shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in a general portfolio without disclosing confidential details.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the project, in line with Swiss commercial practice in Switzerland Zurich.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting the Switzerland Zurich region.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Zurich, Switzerland, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich.
