The Electronics Engineer estimates a total project duration of approximately sixteen (16) weeks from the date of contract execution. All on-site activities will be conducted within the Thailand Bangkok area, with the primary work location at the client's premises in Huai Khwang district. Milestone payments are tied to deliverable acceptance as detailed in the attached project schedule.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Electronics Engineer reserves the right to revise rates due to component cost fluctuations in the Thailand Bangkok electronics supply market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon prototype delivery and acceptance, and 30% upon final documentation handover. All payments shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account specified by Siam Circuit Solutions Co., Ltd., Bangkok.
- The Electronics Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 THB throughout the duration of the engagement in Thailand Bangkok.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (schematics, PCB files, firmware source code, and documentation) shall transfer to the client upon full payment, as governed by Thai intellectual property law.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after contract signing will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by the Electronics Engineer, with mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final legal review under the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Thailand Bangkok region, shall suspend obligations proportionally to the duration of the event.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
