4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Electronics Engineer services in Turkey Ankara is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
4.2 Payment shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the second month of the Electronics Engineer's deployment in Turkey Ankara, and 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and submission of the closing report.
4.3 All work performed by the Electronics Engineer shall comply with the Republic of Turkey's occupational health and safety regulations, the TSE technical standards, and any applicable municipal bylaws governing industrial operations in Turkey Ankara.
4.4 The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to the production floor, and necessary safety equipment at the Turkey Ankara facility. Failure to provide adequate working conditions may result in schedule delays, for which the Quotation Estimate does not account.
