The Electronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following professional services within the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates operational area:
- Design, development, and documentation of electronic circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and embedded systems as per the client's technical specifications.
- Conducting feasibility studies, component selection, and system architecture planning for industrial, commercial, or residential electronic installations in Abu Dhabi.
- Performing on-site electrical and electronic inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance at the client's premises located in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region.
- Preparing detailed technical reports, schematics, wiring diagrams, and compliance documentation in alignment with Abu Dhabi Electricity & Water Authority (ADWEA) standards and UAE Civil Defence requirements.
- Providing technical consultancy and advisory services regarding the integration of smart building systems, IoT-enabled electronic devices, and automation solutions.
- Supervising the installation, commissioning, and testing of electronic equipment and ensuring full compliance with UAE technical standards (UAE.S) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) norms.
- Delivering a minimum of four (4) on-site visits per month at the client's designated location in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with a maximum of eight (8) hours of professional service per visit.

All amounts are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). A Value Added Tax (VAT) of 5% is applied in accordance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party materials, components, or equipment unless explicitly stated.
4.1 A mobilization advance payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due within seven (7) business days of mutual acceptance of this document.
4.2 The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance.
4.3 All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Al Noor Engineering & Technical Solutions LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial practice.
4.4 Any additional Electronics Engineer services requested beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
The engagement period covered by this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) months commencing from the date of contract execution. The Electronics Engineer shall be available for on-site services in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 UAE Standard Time (GST, UTC+4), with emergency call-out availability as specified in Item 07 above.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
6.2 The Electronics Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and personal accident coverage as required by UAE law and Abu Dhabi municipal regulations.
6.3 All intellectual property, design documents, and technical deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
6.4 This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
6.5 Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such an event, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
6.6 The Electronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable UAE Federal Laws, Abu Dhabi municipal by-laws, ADWEA regulations, and UAE Civil Defence safety codes throughout the duration of the engagement.
