This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between Whitfield Engineering Solutions Ltd. and Meridian Industrial Systems PLC. Payment terms are as follows: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and firmware development phases, and the remaining 30% upon successful commissioning and handover at the Birmingham site. All intellectual property rights in the designs, schematics, and firmware developed under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.
