1. Scope of Work — Electronics Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Electronics Solutions Ltd in response to the formal request from Thames Valley Industrial Systems PLC for the engagement of a senior Electronics Engineer to undertake a comprehensive printed circuit board (PCB) redesign, signal integrity audit, and firmware integration review. All services described herein will be delivered by a qualified Electronics Engineer holding IET Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and a minimum of twelve years of professional experience in high-speed digital and mixed-signal circuit design. The work will be carried out primarily at the client's facility in Stratford, London, with supplementary laboratory testing conducted at our dedicated engineering laboratory in Central London, United Kingdom.

3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised estimate reflecting current market rates for Electronics Engineer services in the United Kingdom London region will be issued.
- All rates quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is applied at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. Meridian Electronics Solutions Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom under the number stated in the header of this document.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the PCB redesign phase (Line Item 03), and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final engineering report and all associated deliverables.
- The Electronics Engineer assigned to this project will be Mr. James Okafor, CEng MIEE, who will serve as the single point of technical contact throughout the engagement. In the event of unavoidable absence, a substitute of equivalent or higher qualification will be nominated with the client's prior written consent.
- All intellectual property, design files, test data, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of Thames Valley Industrial Systems PLC upon full and final payment. Meridian Electronics Solutions Ltd retains the right to reference the project in anonymised case studies for marketing purposes, subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 will be subject to a formal variation order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate, which must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, with proceedings to be heard in London.
- The Electronics Engineer will comply with all applicable United Kingdom health and safety regulations, including the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and the Control of Electrical Equipment Regulations, during all on-site activities at the client's London premises.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Meridian Electronics Solutions Ltd to commence the Electronics Engineer services as described herein. The engagement will be governed by the terms and conditions set out in Section 3 of this document.
