1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Electronics Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
2. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable federal, Texas state, and United States Houston municipal regulations, including OSHA safety standards and the Texas Occupations Code governing professional engineering practice.
3. The Electronics Engineer services described herein are subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to project commencement. All intellectual property developed under this contract shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment.
4. Any changes to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties through a formal Change Order. Additional hours beyond the estimated duration will be billed at the rates specified above.
5. Texas Circuit Solutions, Inc. carries general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and professional liability (E&O) insurance of $5,000,000. Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw materials, PCB fabrication, component procurement, or third-party certification fees (FCC, UL, CE). These will be quoted separately upon request.
7. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, United States Houston, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
