- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Electronics Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- All work will be performed in compliance with New York State Engineering Practice Act (NY Education Law, Article 140) and applicable United States New York City building and electrical codes.
- The Electronics Engineer of record shall be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York. All deliverables will bear the PE seal where required by regulation.
- Client is responsible for providing access to the United States New York City work site, necessary permits, and any third-party approvals required for on-site testing or installation.
- Intellectual property: All custom designs, schematics, firmware, and documentation created under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
