This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to adjustment in the event of significant fluctuations in the exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) in Caracas. Payment terms are structured as follows: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and prototyping phase, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover of documentation.
The Electronics Engineer and all supporting technical staff will comply with all labor regulations of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, including those governed by the Organic Labor Law (LOL). Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses for the Electronics Engineer while working in Venezuela Caracas are included in the quoted prices and shall not be billed separately unless the project scope is extended beyond the originally agreed timeline.
Intellectual property rights for all designs, schematics, firmware, and documentation produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Electronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
