1. Scope of Work – Environmental Engineer Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenTech Environmental Consulting S.R.L. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Environmental Engineer for the construction and operational phases of the Torre Verde residential development located in the Palermo neighborhood of Argentina Buenos Aires. The scope encompasses all regulatory compliance activities required under the National Environmental Law No. 25,675 and the corresponding Buenos Aires City Environmental Ordinance No. 3,905.

3. Terms and Conditions

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Argentina Buenos Aires.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment and permit approval, and 30% upon delivery of the Final Environmental Compliance Report. Monthly supervision fees are payable within fifteen (15) business days of each month-end invoice.

3.3 Professional Liability: The Environmental Engineer and GreenTech Environmental Consulting S.R.L. shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.

3.4 Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate engagement shall be treated as confidential property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

3.5 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

3.6 Cancellation: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GreenTech Environmental Consulting S.R.L. to proceed with the Environmental Engineer services as described herein for the project located in Argentina Buenos Aires.
