3.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Environmental Engineer reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in material costs, laboratory analysis fees, or changes in the regulatory framework of Argentina Córdoba.
3.2 – Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the EIA report and EMP, and 30% upon completion of the post-construction monitoring program. All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Environmental Engineer.
3.3 – The client agrees to provide full access to the project site in Argentina Córdoba, all existing technical documentation, and any prior environmental studies. Delays in site access or documentation provision shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
3.4 – All laboratory analyses, topographic surveys, and third-party testing required for this engagement are included in the pricing stated in this Quotation Estimate, unless expressly noted otherwise. Any additional sampling or testing requested by the client beyond the scope herein shall be quoted separately.
3.5 – The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
3.6 – Intellectual property: All reports, plans, models, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with the client's written consent.
3.7 – Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Province of Argentina Córdoba and the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of the scope of services to be performed by the Environmental Engineer, and authorizes the commencement of work upon fulfillment of the payment terms outlined in Section 3.2. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein, applicable to the project site located in Argentina Córdoba.
