This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consulting Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to deliver specialist environmental assessment, compliance, and remediation services for a commercial development project located in Australia Brisbane. The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will deliver the following services in accordance with Queensland and Australian environmental legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (Qld), the Environmental Protection (General) Policy 2019, and relevant Brisbane City Council planning schemes:
- Site Environmental Audit: Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental site assessments of the proposed development parcel in Brisbane, including soil and groundwater sampling, laboratory analysis, and contamination risk evaluation.

The total estimated project duration for the Environmental Engineer engagement is approximately 22 to 26 weeks from the date of contract execution, excluding any delays attributable to regulatory review periods by Brisbane City Council or the Queensland Department of Environment and Science. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract commencement.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- 20% deposit ($30,074.00 incl. GST) upon execution of the service agreement.
- 30% progress payment ($45,111.00 incl. GST) upon completion of the EIS and submission to Brisbane City Council.
- 30% progress payment ($45,111.00 incl. GST) upon completion of the stormwater design and EMP.
- 20% final payment ($30,074.00 incl. GST) upon issuance of the final compliance certificate.
All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Interest on Late Payments Act 1993 (Qld).
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all fees and rates are subject to revision.
6.2 The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than $20,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than $20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Australia Brisbane.
6.3 All work shall be performed in compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) and applicable Australian Standards (AS/NZS 1727, AS 3959, AS 2787).
6.4 The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the project site in Brisbane and all relevant existing documentation, title deeds, and prior environmental reports within five (5) business days of request.
6.5 Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Variations exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value will be subject to a revised fee schedule.
6.6 Intellectual property in all reports, designs, and plans prepared by the Environmental Engineer shall vest in the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
6.7 Disputes arising under this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 (Qld) and the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
