1. SCOPE OF WORK – ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER SERVICESThis Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consulting Pty Ltd to Harbourview Development Group Pty Ltd for the provision of comprehensive Environmental Engineer services in relation to the proposed mixed-use development at the Parramatta River Foreshore, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The Environmental Engineer engagement encompasses all phases of environmental assessment, impact mitigation design, regulatory compliance, and ongoing monitoring as required under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW), the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW), and applicable federal environmental legislation administered by the Australian Government.
The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for conducting a full Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in accordance with the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) 1, preparing water quality management plans for the Parramatta River catchment, designing stormwater treatment systems compliant with the Sydney Water Corporation guidelines, and ensuring all works meet the environmental standards set by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Australia Sydney.
- Payment Terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the EIS and design phase; 30% upon successful completion of the post-construction environmental audit. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Environmental Engineer services shall comply with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW), the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW), the Water Management Act 2000 (NSW), and all applicable Australian Government environmental regulations.

- Intellectual Property: All reports, designs, and documentation produced by the Environmental Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the Client upon full payment.
