1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consultants Ltd. to Meghna Textile Mills Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Environmental Engineer services in the Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area. The scope encompasses environmental impact assessment (EIA), effluent treatment system design and commissioning, air quality monitoring, waste management planning, and regulatory compliance auditing in accordance with the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act (1995) and the guidelines issued by the Department of Environment (DoE), Bangladesh Dhaka Regional Office.
The Environmental Engineer team assigned to this project will operate from our Bangladesh Dhaka headquarters and will conduct all field assessments, laboratory analyses, and reporting activities within the client's premises located in the Tejgaon Industrial Area, Bangladesh Dhaka.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to fluctuating costs of laboratory reagents, fuel, and professional labor in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (EIA report submission), and 30% upon final delivery of all deliverables and the compliance audit report.
- All Environmental Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Rules 1997, the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, and applicable DoE Bangladesh Dhaka Regional Office directives.
- The client shall provide unrestricted access to all areas of the Bangladesh Dhaka plant, existing environmental records, and relevant operational data within five (5) working days of project commencement.
- Any change in scope, additional monitoring points, or extended service duration beyond the stated timeline will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our Environmental Engineer project team.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Our Environmental Engineer staff are bound by a non-disclosure agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a signed Service Agreement is executed.
