1. Scope of Work – Environmental Engineer Services in Belgium BrusselsThe Environmental Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Belgium Brussels jurisdiction:
- Conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments (EIA) in compliance with the Belgian Environmental Code (Code de l'Environnement) and applicable Brussels-Capital Region regulations.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule:
- 30% advance payment (€23,812.80 incl. VAT) upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% interim payment (€31,750.40 incl. VAT) upon completion of the EIA report and submission of the soil contamination investigation results to the relevant Belgium Brussels authorities.
- 30% final payment (€23,812.80 incl. VAT) upon delivery of all final deliverables, including the EMP, carbon audit, and regulatory compliance certificates.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting S.A. (IBAN: BE68 5390 0754 7034) within 30 calendar days of invoice date, in accordance with Belgian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Environmental Engineer may be subject to revision.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Belgian Environmental Code, the Brussels-Capital Region Environmental Ordinance, and applicable European Union directives transposed into national law.
- The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a recognised degree in Environmental Engineering from a Belgian or EU-accredited institution and shall be registered with the Belgian Order of Engineers (Ordre des Ingénieurs-Conseils).
- Any additional work outside the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised cost estimate prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality: All data, site information, and technical reports generated in the course of this engagement in Belgium Brussels shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Belgian Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
- Liability: GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting S.A. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000, as required for environmental consulting firms operating in the Belgium Brussels region.
- Governing Law: This agreement and this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or regulatory changes enacted by the Belgium Brussels federal or regional authorities.
