2. Scope of Services – Environmental EngineerThis Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenTech Environmental Solutions Ltda. to provide the services of a qualified Environmental Engineer for the residential development project located in the Barra da Tijuca district of Brazil Rio de Janeiro. The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for all environmental compliance, impact assessment, monitoring, and regulatory liaison activities required under Brazilian federal, state, and municipal environmental legislation, including but not limited to the provisions of CONAMA resolutions, the state environmental agency INEA (Instituto Estadual do Ambiente), and the municipal environmental department of Rio de Janeiro.
The Environmental Engineer will hold a valid CREA (Conselho Federal de Engenharia e Agronomia) registration and a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in environmental consulting within the state of Rio de Janeiro. All deliverables will comply with the technical standards established by ABNT (Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas) and the specific requirements of the INEA for the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Brazil Rio de Janeiro professional services sector.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the EIA/RIMA and PMA deliverables, and 30% upon final environmental audit and license issuance. Payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of GreenTech Environmental Solutions Ltda.
- The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain full professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil Profissional) with a minimum coverage of R$ 1,000,000.00 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- All environmental data, reports, and documentation produced under this contract shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Environmental Engineer and GreenTech Environmental Solutions Ltda. shall not disclose any project-specific information to third parties without written authorization.
- Any changes to the scope of work, project timeline, or site conditions in Brazil Rio de Janeiro that materially affect the services described herein shall be subject to a formal change order and a revised Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
- This contract is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- The Environmental Engineer shall comply with all applicable environmental regulations of the state of Rio de Janeiro, including those enforced by INEA, CETESB-equivalent state bodies, and the municipal environmental inspection division of the City of Rio de Janeiro.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Rio de Janeiro coastline, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
