3. Terms and Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the EIA/RIMA and licensing documents, and 30% upon completion of the six-month supervision period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated in the service contract.
The Environmental Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance (RCP) with a minimum coverage of R$ 500,000.00 throughout the duration of the engagement.
