Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, regulatory fees, or market conditions in the Canada Vancouver area.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Phase II assessment and remediation plan delivery, and 30% upon issuance of the Final Environmental Compliance Certificate.
- All Environmental Engineer services shall be performed in accordance with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Act (BC) and the Code of Ethics of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site in Canada Vancouver and furnish all necessary existing documentation, title reports, and prior environmental records within five (5) business days of contract execution.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds.
- GreenScape Environmental Consulting Ltd. shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for all Environmental Engineer activities conducted in Canada Vancouver and the surrounding region.
- All reports, plans, and documentation produced under this engagement shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of regulatory approval. The Environmental Engineer shall use best professional judgment to maximize the likelihood of permit issuance, but final determinations rest with the relevant Canadian and provincial authorities.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, British Columbia, in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GreenScape Environmental Consulting Ltd. to commence the Environmental Engineer services described herein for the Canada Vancouver project. This signature constitutes a binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
