4. Intellectual property rights in all reports, models, and data generated under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer and GreenScape retain the right to use anonymised data for academic publication with prior written approval.
5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons affecting the Guangzhou coastal region, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission. The governing law is the law of the People's Republic of China.
7. All on-site work in China Guangzhou shall comply with local occupational health and safety regulations. The Environmental Engineer and team members shall carry valid work permits and health clearances as required by the Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
