1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting Co. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the professional services of a qualified Environmental Engineer and supporting technical team. The services are specifically tailored to meet the regulatory, operational, and sustainability requirements of the client's infrastructure project located in Egypt Alexandria. 3. Professional Qualifications of the Environmental Engineer

The lead Environmental Engineer assigned to this project, Eng. Mahmoud El-Sayed, holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Alexandria University, a valid professional license from the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate (Category: Environmental), and over fourteen years of experience in industrial and port-sector environmental consulting within Egypt Alexandria and the broader Mediterranean coastal region. All supporting engineers and technicians listed in the project team hold equivalent credentials and are fully insured for the duration of the engagement.

4. Payment Schedule

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four equal installments of EGP 312,930 each, due at the following milestones: (a) upon contract signing and project mobilization; (b) upon submission and approval of the Phase I EIA report; (c) upon completion of the Air Emission Control Plan and Waste Management Plan; and (d) upon final handover of the Environmental Management Plan and closure of all compliance reporting obligations.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of all professional fees, fieldwork travel within Egypt Alexandria, and standard laboratory analysis costs. International travel or out-of-governance fieldwork will be billed separately at cost.
The Environmental Engineer and consulting team shall comply with all applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including but not limited to Law No. 4 of 1994 (Environmental Protection Law) and its amendments, as well as Alexandria Governorate municipal environmental regulations.
Confidentiality: All data, reports, and site-specific information provided by the client shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Egypt Alexandria.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Centre in Alexandria.
Intellectual Property: All reports, plans, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client approval.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope, cost, and terms of the Environmental Engineer services to be rendered in Egypt Alexandria. This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as mutual acceptance of the estimated costs and conditions set forth herein.
