- Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (ETB 1,514,550) upon contract signing and approval of the Environmental Engineer work plan.
- Milestone Payment 1: 25% (ETB 1,262,125) upon submission and approval of the baseline Environmental Impact Assessment report by the EPA Ethiopia Addis Ababa office.
- Milestone Payment 2: 25% (ETB 1,262,125) upon completion of the Environmental Management Plan and successful public consultation sessions.
- Final Payment: 20% (ETB 1,009,700) upon delivery of the final Environmental Audit and Closure Report, subject to client acceptance.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of GreenScape Environmental Consulting PLC, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Branch.
- This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer for the Environmental Engineer services described herein and is binding upon acceptance by both parties.
- The Environmental Engineer team shall comply with all applicable laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including the Environmental Impact Assessment and Management Proclamation (No. 299/2002) and its implementing regulations specific to Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- GreenScape Environmental Consulting PLC shall maintain professional liability insurance covering all Environmental Engineer activities for the duration of the project.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated by the Environmental Engineer team shall remain the property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Institute in Addis Ababa.
- The Environmental Engineer services shall be performed in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standards and relevant Ethiopian national standards (ES 5500 series).
