This Quotation Estimate is issued by ÉcoIngénierie Paris SARL to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to deliver full-spectrum environmental compliance, impact assessment, and sustainability advisory services for the above-referenced commercial renovation project located in France Paris. The scope encompasses all regulatory obligations under French environmental law (Code de l'environnement), European Union directives applicable within the French territory, and the specific municipal bylaws governing construction and renovation activities in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in urban environmental consultancy, a certified degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognised French grande école, and full registration with the Ordre des Ingénieurs. The Environmental Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate are scheduled to commence on 1 August 2025 and conclude no later than 31 January 2026, subject to the construction programme approved by the client. All fieldwork and monitoring activities will be conducted within the project boundaries in France Paris and its immediate surrounding zones as defined by the municipal urban planning authority (PLU de Paris).
Payment shall be made in three (3) instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract; 40% upon delivery of the Environmental Impact Assessment report and completion of Phase II soil investigation; and 30% upon issuance of the final compliance certification. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account of ÉcoIngénierie Paris SARL. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory French rate (taux d'intérêt légal) as published by the Banque de France.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, regulatory requirements, or market conditions in France Paris.
6.2 The Environmental Engineer and all supporting personnel shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, as required by French professional liability regulations.
6.3 All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
6.4 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
6.5 Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies affecting the France Paris metropolitan area, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises ÉcoIngénierie Paris SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Environmental Engineer for the services described herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document.
