3. Scope of Services – Environmental Engineer
The following services will be delivered by a licensed Environmental Engineer (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure – VDI certified) operating within the jurisdiction of Germany Frankfurt. The Environmental Engineer will conduct all assessments in accordance with the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), the Water Resources Act (WHG), and applicable EU environmental directives as transposed into Hessian state law.

5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
5.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (UVP report draft); 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of the compliance report. Payment due within 14 days of invoice date (Zahlungsziel 14 Tage).
5.3 Professional Standards: The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project shall adhere to the professional code of conduct of the VDI and the Hessian Chamber of Engineers (Ingenieurkammer Hessen). All findings will be documented in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standards.
5.4 Regulatory Compliance: All work performed in Germany Frankfurt shall comply with the Federal-States Emissions Control Ordinance (9. BImSchV), the Federal Soil Protection Act (BBodSchG), and the applicable provisions of the Hessian Nature Conservation Act (HNatSchG).
5.5 Liability & Insurance: GreenSolutions Engineering GmbH maintains professional indemnity insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) in the amount of EUR 5,000,000 per claim. The Environmental Engineer assumes liability for errors and omissions in the delivered reports to the extent permitted by German civil law (BGB §§ 280, 281).
5.6 Confidentiality: All data, site information, and findings generated during the execution of this Quotation Estimate engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
5.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction (Gerichtsstand) shall be Frankfurt am Main.
5.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulatory changes in Germany Frankfurt, or public health emergencies.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GreenSolutions Engineering GmbH to commence the services described herein, to be performed by the designated Environmental Engineer at the project site in Germany Frankfurt. This acceptance converts the Quotation Estimate into a binding service agreement under the terms stated above.
