This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Environmental Solutions Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Environmental Engineer for the East Legon – Tema Corridor development project situated in Ghana Accra. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA): A full-scope EIA covering air quality, water resources, soil contamination, noise levels, and biodiversity impact across the 14.2 km corridor in Ghana Accra, in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana regulations under Act 490.
- Baseline Environmental Survey: Field data collection including 48-hour continuous air monitoring, 12 water sampling points along the Accra River tributaries, and 20 soil core samples at 1.5 m depth intervals.
- Waste Management Plan: Design of a construction-phase and operational-phase waste management strategy tailored to the specific waste generation profile of Ghana Accra, including hazardous waste handling protocols.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Public Consultation: Facilitation of a minimum of three (3) community consultation meetings with residents, traditional authorities, and local businesses along the corridor in Ghana Accra.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the Ghanaian Cedi exchange rate or changes in regulatory fees.
- All services will be performed by a licensed Environmental Engineer registered with the Engineering Council of Ghana (ECG) and holding a valid professional practice certificate.
- The client shall provide unrestricted access to all project sites within Ghana Accra and facilitate introductions to relevant municipal and traditional authorities as required.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original contract value will require a formal variation order and a revised Quotation Estimate prior to commencement of additional work.
- All deliverables shall be submitted in both hard copy (5 copies) and digital format (PDF and editable Word) to the client's designated office in Ghana Accra.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Environmental Engineer and supporting team shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to site access.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Ghana Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 301).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe flooding in the Accra basin, government-imposed shutdowns, or epidemics.
