- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, regulatory fee structures, or market conditions in India Bangalore.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the EIA report and EC submission, 20% upon completion of construction-phase monitoring (Month 12), and 10% upon final handover of all compliance documents and the Green Building certification.
- All services will be rendered by qualified and experienced Environmental Engineer professionals registered with the Institution of Engineers (India) and holding valid KSPCB consultant registrations.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site, all architectural and structural drawings, and any prior environmental or land-use documentation relevant to the India Bangalore location.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the hourly rate of ₹ 3,500 per hour for the senior Environmental Engineer and ₹ 1,800 per hour for junior technical staff.
- Statutory fees payable directly to KSPCB, CPCB, BDA, or the Karnataka Forest Department (including public hearing charges, EC application fees, and tree compensation levies) are excluded from this estimate and shall be borne by the client. Current KSPCB EC application fee for Category B projects in Bangalore is approximately ₹ 50,000–₹ 1,00,000 depending on project scale.
- Confidentiality: All project data, site information, and proprietary designs shared in connection with this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by GreenScape Environmental Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and its Environmental Engineer team.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of courts in India Bangalore shall be exclusive.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this estimate is subject to the client's written confirmation within the validity period.
