1. Scope of Work – Environmental Engineer Services in India New DelhiThis Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consulting Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to provide comprehensive environmental compliance, impact assessment, and sustainability advisory services for the client's infrastructure development project located in India New Delhi. The Environmental Engineer shall operate in strict accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of India.
The scope encompasses environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies, air quality monitoring, water resource management planning, waste management strategy development, ecological survey documentation, and preparation of all statutory environmental clearance applications required for project execution within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

3. Terms and Conditions3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India New Delhi.
3.2 The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid membership with the Institution of Engineers (India) and shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in environmental consulting within the National Capital Region.
3.3 All deliverables, including EIA reports, monitoring data, and compliance reports, shall be submitted in both hard copy (3 sets) and digital format (PDF and editable) to the client's designated representative in New Delhi.
3.4 Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the engagement letter, 40% upon submission of the EIA report and EC application, and 30% upon successful receipt of Environmental Clearance from the competent authority.
3.5 Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the hourly rate of ₹3,500 per hour for the Environmental Engineer's time, plus applicable material and laboratory costs.
3.6 The client shall provide reasonable access to the project site in India New Delhi, including necessary safety equipment, transportation within the NCT, and all relevant project documentation.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not include statutory government fees, public hearing venue costs, or third-party laboratory charges beyond those explicitly stated in the itemized table above.
3.8 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or regulatory changes by MoEFCC or DPCC, timelines may be extended by mutual written agreement.
3.9 All intellectual property rights in reports and documents prepared by the Environmental Engineer shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
3.10 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the client named above and is non-transferable. The rates quoted are based on current regulatory requirements in India New Delhi as of June 2025. Any changes in environmental legislation or DPCC norms during the project duration may necessitate a supplementary estimate. 4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Environmental Engineer for the project in India New Delhi.
