The Environmental Engineer will coordinate with local authorities in Iran Tehran, including the Tehran Air Quality Management Center, the South Tehran Water and Wastewater Company, and the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, to ensure that all findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies align with national and municipal environmental standards. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Environmental Engineer rates and project costs may be revised to reflect changes in the Iranian Rial exchange rate, inflation, or regulatory updates in Iran Tehran.
2. Payment shall be made in three (3) milestones: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory analysis, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final EIA report and remediation plan.
3. The Environmental Engineer and the supporting team shall comply with all applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Environmental Protection Act (1376), the Tehran Metropolitan Municipality Environmental Regulations, and the DOE-IR technical guidelines for industrial impact assessments.
4. All data collected during the engagement in Iran Tehran shall remain the property of the client. The Environmental Engineer shall not disclose site-specific findings to any third party without written consent.
5. The Environmental Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports and a final comprehensive report in both Persian (Farsi) and English to facilitate submission to Iran Tehran municipal authorities and, if required, international review bodies.
6. Any scope changes, additional monitoring stations, or extended remediation modelling beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary amendment and additional cost assessment.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Iran Tehran, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting Co. to proceed with the engagement of the Environmental Engineer and the delivery of the services described herein for the project located in Iran Tehran.
