This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScope Environmental Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineer services for the Jerusalem Municipal Development Authority. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
- All Environmental Engineer services will be performed by licensed professionals registered with the Israeli Engineers Association and holding valid permits from the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
- The Environmental Engineer team will conduct all fieldwork in compliance with local regulations in Israel Jerusalem, including permits for access to protected natural areas and heritage zones.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a written change order signed by both parties.

- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jerusalem in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law.
