This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consulting Ltd. to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineer services for the Tel Aviv Coastal Zone Redevelopment Project. 4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Israel Tel Aviv and updated regulatory requirements.
All Environmental Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with the standards set by the Israel Standards Institute (SII) and the guidelines published by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the State of Israel.
The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Israel Engineers Association and shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than ILS 5,000,000.
Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest Law, 5713-1953.
All fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of Israel Tel Aviv unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel expenses outside the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipal boundary shall be billed at cost.
Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Environmental Engineer firm shall not disclose project details to third parties without written consent.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Tel Aviv, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Mediation Law, 5756-1996. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Tel Aviv.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
