This Quotation Estimate is issued by Verde Ambiente Ingegneria S.r.l. to formally propose the full range of Environmental Engineer professional services required for the environmental assessment, remediation planning, and regulatory compliance project located in Italy Milan. The scope encompasses all activities necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 152/2006 (Environmental Code), the EU Directive 2014/52/EU on Environmental Impact Assessment, and the specific municipal ordinances of the City of Milan.

Payment shall be made in four instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project mobilisation; 30% upon delivery of the Phase II investigation report; 30% upon approval of the remediation design by ARPA Lombardia; and 10% upon submission of the final closure report. All invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt by bank transfer to the account of Verde Ambiente Ingegneria S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for Environmental Engineer services in Italy Milan.
- All work shall be performed in strict compliance with Italian environmental legislation, the professional code of the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Milano, and applicable EU directives.
- The Environmental Engineer services described herein are professional consulting and design services only. They do not include the cost of construction, remediation equipment, or third-party laboratory fees beyond those explicitly listed in Item 03.
- The client shall provide safe access to the site, existing utility maps, and any prior Environmental Engineer reports within 10 business days of project commencement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions affecting fieldwork in the Milan area, shall extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: all data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties for a period of five years.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.
