- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the designated Environmental Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution; 40% upon completion of all fieldwork and laboratory analysis; 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Environmental Compliance Report.
- All invoices shall be issued in Euro (EUR) and are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of TerraVerde Engineering S.r.l., Rome, Italy. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Civil Code Article 1284.
- The Environmental Engineer and all supporting technical staff shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Italy Rome, including D.Lgs. 81/2008, and shall carry adequate professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of €2,000,000 per claim.
- All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer shall not disclose project-specific information to third parties without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the city of Rome, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
- The client acknowledges that the Environmental Engineer will coordinate with ARPA Lazio, the Rome Municipal Environment Office, and the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition as required by law, and that such coordination is included within the scope of this estimate.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes TerraVerde Engineering S.r.l. to commence the engagement of the Environmental Engineer for the services described herein, to be carried out in and around Italy Rome in accordance with the terms stated above.
