This Quotation Estimate is issued by EcoSolutions Consulting SARL to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineer consulting services for the proposed mixed-use development project located in the Vridi industrial zone of Ivory Coast Abidjan. The scope encompasses all phases of environmental assessment, regulatory compliance, mitigation planning, and ongoing monitoring required under the environmental legislation of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, including the provisions of Law No. 2016-484 on environmental protection and the regulations issued by the Direction Générale de l'Environnement (DGE).
The Environmental Engineer team assigned to this project will conduct a full Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), prepare the Environmental Management Plan (EMP), coordinate with the Ivorian Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, and deliver all documentation necessary for the issuance of the environmental authorization permit. All fieldwork, laboratory analyses, and stakeholder consultations will be executed within the Abidjan metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings.

The total estimated duration for the Environmental Engineer engagement is eighteen (18) months from the date of contract signature. The pre-construction phase (items 01–07 and 09) is estimated at six (6) months, and the post-construction monitoring phase (item 08) spans twelve (12) months. All timelines are subject to the review and approval schedules of the Ivorian regulatory authorities in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
Important Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Ivory Coast.
- All prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are inclusive of all professional fees, fieldwork, laboratory analyses, and travel within the Abidjan metropolitan area. Travel outside the Abidjan region will be billed at cost.
- The Environmental Engineer services described herein are subject to the availability of the assigned technical team. In the event of force majeure, timelines will be adjusted by mutual written agreement.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Ivorian commercial law.
- All deliverables, including the ESIA, EMP, and monitoring reports, shall be provided in both French (official language of Côte d'Ivoire) and English. The French version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- The client is responsible for providing site access, existing project documentation, and any third-party data required by the Environmental Engineer team to complete the assessment.
- Confidentiality: All data collected during the engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
