This Quotation Estimate is issued by EcoEngineering Central Asia LLP to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to deliver specialized environmental assessment, compliance, and remediation services within the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan area and surrounding regions. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement.

The Environmental Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the regulatory requirements established by the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Water Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as applicable local ordinances governing the Almaty city district. All work will be conducted in strict accordance with Kazakhstani environmental legislation, including the Law "On Environmental Protection" (2021 revision) and relevant sectoral regulations.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing for the Environmental Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
All costs are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of the Environmental Engineer's professional fees, travel within the Almaty city limits, and standard field equipment. Travel beyond a 50 km radius of Almaty city center will be billed separately.
The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid professional license issued by the Committee for Technical Regulation and Measurement of Kazakhstan and possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in environmental consulting within Central Asia.
Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as per Kazakhstani commercial law.
The Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party laboratory analyses beyond the standard package, government permit fees, or any civil works or construction activities. These will be itemized in a supplementary estimate if required.
All deliverables, including reports, models, and plans prepared by the Environmental Engineer, shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The service provider retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with client consent.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Kazakhstan Almaty region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Environmental Engineer services in Kazakhstan Almaty. This signature authorizes the service provider to proceed with project mobilization upon receipt of the initial payment installment.
