The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services across all project sites within Kenya Nairobi:

• Conduct comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) in compliance with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) regulations applicable in Kenya Nairobi.
• Prepare and submit Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans (EMMPs) for all construction and operational phases of the project.
• Perform air quality, water quality, noise, and soil contamination monitoring at designated sites across Kenya Nairobi, including the Nairobi River basin and industrial zones in Industrial Area and Ruaka.
• Develop waste management and pollution control strategies aligned with the Kenya Waste Management Act, 2011, and local by-laws of the Nairobi City County.
• Provide technical advisory services on environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory liaison with NEMA, the Kenya Power and Lighting Company, and the Nairobi Water and Sewerage Company.
• Prepare quarterly environmental performance reports and present findings to the Nairobi Metropolitan Services Authority board.
• Conduct environmental audits and recommend corrective actions to mitigate adverse impacts on the local community and ecosystems of Kenya Nairobi.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance:

• 30% Advance Payment: Upon signing of the service agreement and mobilization of the Environmental Engineer to the Kenya Nairobi project sites.
• 50% Progress Payment: Payable in two equal installments at the end of Month 6 and Month 10, subject to satisfactory delivery of interim reports.
