3. Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the service agreement; 40% upon delivery of the EIA report and design review; 30% upon final project closeout and acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.

8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
