The Environmental Engineer team assigned to this project will conduct on-site evaluations at the client's industrial facility located in Mexico Mexico City, perform laboratory sampling and analysis, prepare all required environmental permits, and deliver a complete sustainability roadmap tailored to the regulatory framework governing operations in Mexico Mexico City. All deliverables will comply with NOM-052-SEMARNAT, NOM-001-SEMARNAT, and applicable local decrees of the Mexico Mexico City government.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in regulatory fees in Mexico Mexico City or market conditions.
2. All services will be performed by a licensed Environmental Engineer registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros Ambientales de México and holding a valid Cédula Profesional issued by the Secretaría de Educación Pública.
3. Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing the service contract, 30% upon completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment deliverable, and 30% upon final acceptance of all Environmental Engineer services in Mexico Mexico City.
4. Invoices will be issued in Mexican Pesos (MXN) with 16% IVA included. Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
5. The Environmental Engineer team will have full access to the client's premises in Mexico Mexico City during working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs). The client shall provide necessary safety equipment and site access permits.
6. All environmental data, reports, and documentation generated by the Environmental Engineer will remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Confidentiality is guaranteed under Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
7. Any change in scope, additional sampling points, or extended monitoring periods in Mexico Mexico City will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office prior to execution.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the commercial courts of Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with the Mexican Civil Code and the Federal Code of Civil Procedure.
10. The Environmental Engineer services described herein comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal environmental regulations in force in Mexico Mexico City as of the date of this Quotation Estimate.
