The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in industrial environmental management, with specific expertise in Myanmar's Environmental Conservation Law (2012) and the regulations enforced by the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) in Myanmar Yangon. The scope includes but is not limited to the following deliverables:
- Conducting a full Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for three (3) proposed industrial expansion zones in the Yangon region.
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of a centralized wastewater treatment facility compliant with Myanmar national discharge standards.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract execution, prior to mobilization of the Environmental Engineer team to the Myanmar Yangon project site.
- 40% Progress Payment: Payable upon completion and client acceptance of the EIA reports and wastewater treatment facility design deliverables.
- 20% Milestone Payment: Due upon successful commissioning of environmental infrastructure and submission of the first annual ECR.
- 10% Final Payment: Payable upon completion of all contractual obligations, delivery of the final project report, and issuance of the certificate of completion.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd. Payments denominated in United States Dollars (USD) shall be converted at the prevailing rate published by the Central Bank of Myanmar on the date of invoice.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and resource availability in Myanmar Yangon.
5.2 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work beyond what is described herein shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs for scope changes will be quoted separately.
5.3 Regulatory Compliance: The Environmental Engineer and all supporting staff shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including the Environmental Conservation Law, the Environmental Conservation Management Law, and all local bylaws of the Yangon City Development Committee.
5.4 Confidentiality: All data, reports, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties for a period of five (5) years following project completion.
5.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, or other events beyond reasonable control, as may occur in the Myanmar Yangon region or elsewhere.
5.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All figures are exclusive of any additional government permits, third-party laboratory testing fees, or emergency response costs that may arise during the project lifecycle in Myanmar Yangon.By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Environmental Engineer services in Myanmar Yangon.
